JCLL 10/11/12 All Stars defeated Moorefield 10/11/12 Allstars 11-0 on Wednesday at Martinsburg thanks in part to eight runs in the fifth inning.
JCLL 10/11/12 All Stars got on the board in the top of the third inning after Connor C grounded out, Jaxson B singled to the left side of the infield, and Beckett M stole home, each scoring one run.
JCLL 10/11/12 All Stars scored eight runs on five hits in the top of the fifth inning. Paxton T was struck by a pitch, driving in a run, Connor C doubled, scoring one run, Beckett M drew a walk, scoring one run, Jaxson B singled, scoring one run, Myles M singled, scoring one run, Cameron A doubled, scoring two runs, and Wyatt H drew a walk, scoring one run.
Tanner O started on the bump for Moorefield 10/11/12 Allstars. The hurler allowed five hits and three runs over three and one-third innings, striking out six and walking two. Asher B stepped on the mound first for JCLL 10/11/12 All Stars. The hurler allowed zero hits and zero runs over five innings, striking out seven and walking four.
