Beloved Counselor Announces Retirement
For over 20 years, Adele Lavigne has counseled and supported those in drug recovery working through Adult Treatment Court programs. Part of her legacy is 121 program graduates, 29 babies born clean while their mother was in drug court, and the immeasurable value of people restored to productive lives.
