Does your cat or dog need spay or neutering? Spay Today is our area’s non-profit, reduced-price spay and neutering program. (Office: Charles Town, WV) It has participating vets throughout our area. Locations are available in nearby Hampshire, Hardy Mineral and Morgan Counties. At the time of surgery, initial shots and tests can also be obtained at lower rates.
