“I’ve been interested in art for as long as I can remember, maybe since kindergarten. My favorite pieces are animals and nature, there’s so much beauty that surrounds us in nature. My plans are to attend Art School after graduation and continue my creative journey. I am excited and honored to be chosen as the winner of the State Fair Art contest.”
Jaedyn lives in Wardensville, in Hardy County, and is an upcoming 11th grader at East Hardy High School in Baker, WV. She has received recognition for pieces submitted in her local school art shows, and from the Shenandoah Arts Council in Winchester, VA as her art selections were displayed as banners in Old Town Winchester. She was selected as the featured artist for the 2025 Mountain Color Art Show in Richwood. VA, where she was the youngest featured artist to date. She has received 1st place honors at many fairs and festivals around the area and creates many pieces to sell at her local Fall Festival.
