Olivet Cemetery, an official Wreaths Across America (WAA) location, will host a wreath-laying ceremony, joining more than 4,900 other locations across the country for National Wreaths Across America Day. Coordinated and led by local volunteers, sponsorship groups have raised funds throughout the year to sponsor the placement of veterans’ wreaths on the headstones of our fallen service members laid to rest there. This annual event seeks to further the yearlong mission to Remember, Honor, Teach, ensuring that the memory of those who served our country endures.

The ceremony will include American Legion Auxiliary Unit 64, American Legion Post 64, VFW Post 9606 & Auxiliary, American Legion Riders, GFWC Moorefield, SBV DAR Chapter, Veterans, active service members and families
The follow-up Farm Transition and Estate Planning Program to the one we had in November with Jesse Richardson will be on January 7, 2026, at 6:30 pm at Eastern WV Community & Technical College. This will include a dinner, with the program to follow at 7:15 pm. There will be no charge to attend.

(Office: Charles Town, WV) Gift cards do not have to be used before Christmas — just purchased! It has participating vets throughout our area. At the time of surgery, initial shots and tests can also be obtained at lower rates.
