Linda Sue Frame, age 63 of Petersburg, WV, passed away Monday evening, December 1, 2025, at the Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA. Born on March 29, 1962, in Rio, WV, she was the beloved daughter of the late Wendall Young Saville and Rosa Mae Weatherholtz Saville. A stepsister, Joyce Braithwaite also preceded her in death.

Linda was a passionate amateur photographer who found joy in capturing the beauty of the world around her. Whether she was at the Hagerstown Raceway cheering on her nephew Cody or snapping away at Slade’s ball games, her camera was always by her side. Her favorite spot to photograph was the breathtaking Blackwater Falls near Davis, where she sought out perfect smiles, stunning landscapes, and memorable moments to share with others.

Surviving are her siblings, Wendell L. Saville of Rio, WV, Betty M. Funkhouser of Mathias, WV, Patsy Vaughn of Moorefield, WV, Phillip Saville of Berkley Springs, WV, Janet Merchant of Cheraw, SC, Andrew Saville of Lahmansville, WV, Gerald Saville of Baker, WV, Minnie Shingleton of Old Fields, WV, and Bruce Saville of Petersburg, WV. She is also survived by her stepbrothers, Robert Saville of Winchester, VA and Wayne Saville of Bridgeport, VA; a stepsister, Bonnie Weatherholtz of Jacksonville, FL and numerous nieces and nephews.

In honoring Linda’s wish, she will be cremated, and a joyful gathering will be held in the Spring at her treasured Blackwater Falls. This will be a wonderful opportunity for family and friends to come together, share stories, and celebrate the vibrant life she led.

For those wishing to give their condolences, share memories, or upload photos in honor of Linda’s extraordinary life, please visit her Tribute Wall at www.fraleyfuneralhome.com . Let’s come together to remember the love and joy Linda brought to our lives.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Fraley Funeral Home.
