Photo cutline: The Hardy County Humane Society held a “Paint and Sip” fundraiser on Aug. 1 at the Smokehouse BBQ in Moorefield. That evening saw 14 join together for fun, fellowship, and a good local cause. Steve Pendleton from the Humane Society offered “a special thank you to Sam and Kelly Williams for hosting the event.”
