Moorefield Junior League Softball All-Stars had trouble keeping up with SBLL Junior All-Stars in a 17-0 loss on Saturday.
SBLL Junior All-Stars jumped out to the lead in the top of the first inning after Addison Bushman doubled, scoring two runs, Mariella Bradley singled, scoring one run, Leyla Rhea singled, scoring one run, Elena Cruz drew a walk, scoring one run, Jillian Dick drew a walk, scoring one run, and Brooklyn Stickler doubled, scoring two runs.
SBLL Junior All-Stars added two runs in the third. Leilani Rhea singled down the right field line, making the score 10-0.
SBLL Junior All-Stars scored seven runs on four hits in the top of the fourth inning. Mariella Bradley grounded out, scoring one run, an error scored two runs, Savannah Conroe drew a walk, scoring one run, Elena Cruz singled, scoring one run, Jillian Dick drew a walk, scoring one run, and Leilani Rhea singled, scoring one run.
Brynlee Coppe pitched three innings in relief for Mfld Jr Allstars 2026. The hurler allowed six hits and six runs (four earned) while, striking out two and walking two. Alexis Baker stepped in the circle first for Mfld Jr Allstars 2026. The righty gave up five hits and eight runs over one-third of an inning, striking out none and walking three. Emmalyn Lewis led things off in the circle for SBLL Junior All-Stars. The starting pitcher allowed one hit and zero runs over four innings, striking out nine and walking none.
Delanie Wolfe led Mfld Jr Allstars 2026 with one hit in one at bat.
SBLL Junior All-Stars collected 13 hits in the game. Emmalyn Lewis, Mariella Bradley, Leilani Rhea, and Addison Bushman each collected two hits for SBLL Junior All-Stars. Leilani Rhea went 2-for-3 at the plate and led the team with three runs batted in. SBLL Junior All-Stars had patience at the plate, accumulating eight walks for the game. Willow Rice and Jillian Dick led the team with two free passes each. Kaylee Dignazio stole two bases. SBLL Junior All-Stars ran wild on the base paths, amassing seven stolen bases for the game. SBLL Junior All-Stars were sure-handed and didn’t commit a single error. Brooklyn Stickler made the most plays with nine.
