Newborn parents can begin saving for their child this summer

CHARLESTON, W.Va. – State Treasurer Larry Pack will be sending out a letter to newborn parents in West Virginia to encourage them to enroll their children in a new savings account that President Donald Trump is offering called “Trump Accounts.”
