10U Queen Bees easily dispatched Organized Chaos – Johnson 10U on Saturday at Broadway/Maurertown- Rock’n It In, 9-3.
10U Queen Bees got on the board in the first inning after Sara S singled, scoring two runs.
10U Queen Bees extended their early lead with three runs in the top of the second thanks to RBI singles by Darci F and Danica M.
Danica M started the game for 10U Queen Bees. The right-handed pitcher gave up two hits and three runs (two earned) over four innings, striking out eight and walking three. Kate P stepped in the circle first for Organized Chaos – Johnson 10U. The starting pitcher surrendered 11 hits and nine runs (six earned) over four innings, striking out five and walking one.
10U Queen Bees piled up 11 hits in the game. Sara S drove the middle of the lineup, leading 10U Queen Bees with four runs batted in. The catcher went 2-for-3 on the day. Margo S went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead 10U Queen Bees in hits. Danica M collected two hits for 10U Queen Bees in three at bats. 10U Queen Bees didn’t commit a single error in the field. Sara S had the most chances in the field with eight.
Cayleigh R provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led Organized Chaos – Johnson 10U with two runs batted in. The first baseman went 1-for-2 on the day. Cayleigh R and Raevyn B each collected one hit for Organized Chaos – Johnson 10U. Kate P stole two bases.
