On Friday, October 9, 2026, the HCDWC will sponsor a free Soup Beans and Cornbread sit-down dinner for West Virginia House of Delegates candidate Betsy Orndoff-Sayers. The dinner will begin at 4:30 at the Moorefield Firemen’s Bingo Hall, 225 Jefferson Street, Moorefield, WV.
Betsy will be helping serve and will be available to chat about issues that matter to our community and concerns that you want her to take to the West Virginia Legislature in January.
The menu will include homemade soup beans, cornbread, desserts, iced tea, coffee, water, along with different condiments. The complimentary dinner is on-site, sit-down only.
Special music will be provided by musician Jay Halterman and attendees can register to win a $50, $30 or $20 cash door prize.
