BURLINGTON, WV – Paving operations will be conducted on Moores Run Road, County Route 23/13, in Hardy County, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., beginning on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, through Friday, August 28, 2026. Motorists are advised to use an alternate route, if possible, as the roadway will be closed to through traffic. Exact schedule is weather dependent.
