A single by Danica Mongold put Moorefield 8,9,10 All Stars 26 on the board in the top of the first.
Jaylee singled to center field, which helped Sissonville tie the game at one in the bottom of the first.
A walk by Bertleigh gave Sissonville the lead, 2-1, in the bottom of the second.
Addie B hit an inside the park home run on an 0-2 count, which helped Moorefield 8,9,10 All Stars 26 tie the game at two in the top of the third.
Sissonville took the lead in the bottom of the third. Kathryn grounded out, scoring one run, to give Sissonville the edge, 3-2.
Moorefield 8,9,10 All Stars 26 jumped back into the lead in the top of the fourth inning after Presley Shockey flew out, and Danica Mongold stole home, each scoring one run.
Jaylee led things off in the circle for Sissonville. The starting pitcher allowed seven hits and six runs (five earned) over six innings, striking out 13 and walking six.
Danica M provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led Moorefield 8,9,10 All Stars 26 with two runs batted in. The infielder went 3-for-3 on the day. Addie B collected two hits for Moorefield 8,9,10 All Stars 26 in two at bats. Tinely Crites paced Moorefield 8,9,10 All Stars 26 with two walks. Overall, the team had patience at the plate, accumulating six walks for the game. Margo S and Danica M each stole multiple bases for Moorefield 8,9,10 All Stars 26. Moorefield 8,9,10 All Stars 26 stole eight bases in the game. Moorefield 8,9,10 All Stars 26 didn’t commit a single error in the field. Tinely C had the most chances in the field with 15.
Reese, Jaylee, Braylee S, and Brynlee each collected one hit for Sissonville. Jaylee and Kathryn each drove in one run for Sissonville. Reese paced Sissonville with two walks. Overall, the team had patience at the plate, tallying six walks for the game. Brynlee stole three bases. Sissonville stole six bases in the game. Sissonville turned one double play in the game.
