REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Kâ12 Diagnostic Assessment and Personalized Learning Platform
The Hardy County Board of Education is requesting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive Kâ12 diagnostic assessment and personalized learning platform for mathematics and English language arts. The platform shall include adaptive diagnostic assessments, personalized online instruction, progress monitoring, standards-aligned reporting, growth measurement, data analytics, intervention resources, teacher instructional supports, and professional learning designed to improve student achievement and inform instructional decision-making. The proposed solution shall integrate with the district’s existing instructional technology systems and provide comprehensive implementation and customer support services.
Proposal specifications may be obtained from the Hardy County Board of Education, 510 Ashby Street, Moorefield, WV 26836, or by contacting the Superintendent’s Office at (304) 530-2348 ext. 9234. Sealed proposals must be received no later than 11:00 AM on July 22, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. The Hardy County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities in the best interest of the school district.
