Event honors top performers from the Shenandoah Valley and I-81 corridor of VA and WV, plus western PA and Cumberland, MD.
April 2, 2026 (Winchester, VA) – The annual Coldwell Banker Premier Awards Gala for the Quad State region was held on April 2, 2026 at The George Washington Hotel in Winchester, VA. The region comprises Premier’s offices in Winchester, Front Royal, Basye, and Harrisonburg, VA; Martinsburg, Shepherdstown, and Berkeley Springs, WV; Bedford and Everett, PA; and Cumberland, MD. Agents and staff from these offices attended, along with company leadership and corporate employees who traveled in from Spain, Ohio, Louisiana, and more. During the gala, awards were presented from the Coldwell Banker international brand level as well as from a regional level. Following is a list of the brand award winners, who qualified based on sales excellence during the 2025 calendar year.

36 additional agents received regional awards from Coldwell Banker Premier for sales, rentals, growth, and upholding the company’s core values. A Lifetime Achievement award was presented to Patricia Snyder, whose career spans an impressive 30+ years and counting, during which she has become a trusted and well-respected pillar of the Shenandoah Valley real estate community. In addition to being an agent, broker, and property manager, Snyder is a certified Ethics instructor and has served in several key industry leadership roles including being elected President of the Massanutten Association of REALTORS® multiple times.
The gala was overseen by Stephen Meadows, Coldwell Banker Premier’s Chief Operating Officer, who emphasizes the importance of recognizing hard work, celebrating accomplishments, and showing gratitude for each team member’s role in the company’s shared success, saying, “Our agents and staff are the reason Coldwell Banker Premier is known as ‘Where the Pros Work’ — they bring a high caliber of expertise, service, and collaboration that truly sets us apart.”
Meadows also expressed optimism for the year ahead, noting, “We’re continuing to invest in new tools, technology, and support to help our team continue to grow, succeed, and deliver even more for the clients and communities we serve.”
Coldwell Banker Premier’s Founder and CEO, Steve DuBrueler, shared his pride in his team and the values that continue to drive the company forward. “I’m incredibly proud of this group… not just for what they achieve, but for how they achieve it,” he said. “Numbers are not all-important. What’s important is having good people who take care of their clients, support each other, and try to do the right thing no matter what.” DuBrueler adds, “When you build a team like that, the success tends to follow.”
