Hardy County Health and Wellness Center welcomes “land lubbers” of all ages to recreate and enjoy healthy lifestyles. Last week, they got a visit from 16-year old Akira Wratchford, who delighted both the young and young at heart with her impressive and colorful mermaid tail.
