Capon Valley Bank Launches Annual “Cram the Cruiser” Toy Drive to Support Local Children

Capon Valley Bank has once again kicked off its annual “Cram the Cruiser” campaign, inviting community members across Hardy County, WV and Frederick County, VA to help bring holiday joy to local children in need. The program, held in partnership with area law enforcement agencies, encourages residents to donate new, unwrapped toys that will be collected and delivered to families right here at home.

Now through Saturday, December 13, all Capon Valley Bank branches are serving as drop-off points for toy donations. Community members can simply stop in and place a new, unwrapped gift in the collection areas. For those who prefer to make a monetary contribution, bank staff will shop on their behalf to maximize the impact of every dollar.

On December 13, each branch will host its own “Cram the Cruiser” event, where local officers will park their cruisers onsite as staff, customers, and neighbors work together to fill them with toys. These collections will then be distributed through local agencies and charitable organizations to ensure that children throughout the region receive something special this holiday season.

Capon Valley Bank encourages individuals, businesses, civic groups, and families to participate and help spread the word. Every donation- large or small -helps bring hope and happiness to a child in need.
