Pursuant of Chapter 18, Section 7, of the Code of West Virginia, the Hardy County Board of Education will receive Bids at its office at 510 Ashby Street, Moorefield, WV 26836, until 3:00 p.m. EST, Friday, December 5th, 2025 on the following surplus vehicle:

9:00 a.m., Monday, December 8th, 2025, at the Hardy County Board of Education office, located at 510 Ashby Street,
Moorefield, WV, 26836.

Fax Bids are unacceptable. All equipment is sold as is with no implied or expressed warranties. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Board reserves the right to make additions or deletions to the list of items offered for sale prior to the date of the sale. Award will be made in writing within fourteen (14) days from the date of the sale. Cash, Cashier’s Check or Money Order is required prior to removal. Removal must be completed within ten (10) days of the award.
The Transportation Director must be notified at least twenty-four (24) hours before items are picked up.
