Annual Public Notice
The Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act requires public notice at lease once annually informing the public of the means to access information about hazardous substances that are manufactured, stored, and used within their community. The Hardy County Local Emergency Planning Committee is hereby giving notice that any member of eh public who wishes to review the Emergency Response Plan, material safety data sheets, hazardous chemicals inventory forms, and/or information concerning meetings, including notices, agendas, and minutes may do so at the Hardy County Office of Emergency Management, 157 Freedom Way, Moorefield, WV 26836 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, December 17, 2025.
