On Tuesday, Oct 7, Angie Zirk, Executive Vice President of Burke and Herbert Bank, accompanied by several bank officers, presented a check for $25,000 to the Humane Society of Hardy County.
The grant provides the remaining funds needed for the purchase of a building that will become the program’s animal shelter.
