A Field Representative from the West Virginia Secretary of State Office will be in Hardy County on October 15, 2025 at the Hardy County Health Department, 421 E. Jackson Ave., Moorefield.
The Eastern Region Field Representative will be available from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to talk with citizens about voter registration for eligible West Virginia residents as well as how current registered voters can keep their voter registration updated.
Additionally, the WVSOS Field Representative will be able to assist citizens with questions regarding business registration, Annual Reports, becoming a Notary Public, the WV Address Confidentiality Program, and the Young Entrepreneur and Boots to Business fee-waiver Programs.
The mobile office tradition originated with the Office of US Senator Robert C. Byrd. Ever since, conscientious state and federal elected officials serving all or part of the Mountain State have made their office representatives available to directly meet with the public, share information, and take concerns back to the elected official.
