WV Secretary of State mobile office coming to Hardy County.
A Field Representative from the WV Secretary of State Office will be in Hardy County on October 15, 2025 at the Hardy County Health Department, 421 E. Jackson Ave., Moorefield.
The Eastern Region Field Representative will be available from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to talk with citizens about voter registration for eligible West Virginia residents as well as how current
registered voters can keep their voter registration updated.
Additionally, the WVSOS Field Representative will be able to assist citizens with questions regarding business registration, Annual Reports, becoming a Notary Public, the WV Address Confidentiality Program, and the Young Entrepreneur and Boots to Business fee-waiver programs.

WIC Schedule – October 2025
WIC offers nutrition education and healthy foods to pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum individuals, infants to age 1, and children to age 5. Either parent or a designated guardian can bring a child to appointments. Please call (304) 538-3382 for more information or to schedule an appointment.
