BURLINGTON, WV – Paving operations will be conducted on Darlington School Road, County Route 10/4, from mile point 0.00 to mile point 2.34, in Hardy County, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., beginning on Monday, September 29, 2025, through Friday, October 3, 2025. Flaggers will be present to direct traffic. Only school buses, emergency vehicles, and local traffic will be allowed through the work zone due to the narrow width of the roadway. The section being paved will be closed to thru traffic. Motorists should expect long delays and are asked to travel with caution through the work zone. Please use an alternate route, if possible. Exact schedule is weather dependent.
