This pride of Cougars have been honing their skills and brining positivity and laughter to the courts over the past month getting ready for the season.
“Excited to start the season; it should be a fun one,” East Hardy Volleyball assistant coach and media relations manager Chris Hahn stated.
“This team likes each other; we just need to work on our communication on the court.
They are a very low-key group of girls; they are happy, just not loud. So far, they are all very positive and are trying to learn and get better at their skills. We have several tournaments; the Petersburg tournament is new this year. They changed the Pumpkin Smash and added a day to that tournament. We play in a really tough Philip Barbour Tournament early in the year. We have a pretty brutal tournament schedule, so we should be battle-tested. I’m sure there will be some very interesting conversations and some singing on the bus to and from the games.”
East Hardy Volleyball kept a challenging schedule to gear up for the playoffs.
Look for the Cougars to keep pouncing forward with a keen sense of awareness.
