NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF BIG RIDGE CAMPGROUND, INC.
TO: Any person or entity having a claim against Big Ridge Campground, Inc., a West Virgina Corporation
Persons or entities having claims against Big Ridge Campground, Inc. should present them to Big Ridge Campground, Inc. at the address of P.O. Box 114, Mathias, West Virginia 26812. Persons or entities submitting any claim must describe the nature of the claim, the date on which the claim arose, the amount of the claim, and the name and contact information of the claimant.
Any claim against the corporation will be barred, unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after the publication of this notice.
