Public Hearing – Chapter 20 – Zoning Ordinance Amendment
Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Moorefield will hold a public hearing regarding proposed amendments to the Town of Moorefield Zoning Ordinance (Ch.20).
The proposed amendments include revisions, additions, and updates to various provisions of the zoning ordinance relating to land use regulations, zoning districts, permitted and conditional uses, definitions, and administrative procedures within the Town.
The Town /council conducted the first reading of the proposed amendments on March 3, 2026.
The public hearing will be held:

All interested persons may appear and be heard at the hearing.
A complete copy of the proposed amendments is available for public inspection at Moorefield Town Hall during regular business hours.
