The Hardy County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 7th at 6:00 PM in the Planning Office of the Hardy County Planning Office, 116 Washington Street, Moorefield, WV 26836. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a major subdivision request on 40 acres. The Planning Commission will hear a presentation from the applicant, hear comments from the public, review the full residential application and consider the residential subdivision application.
The residential subdivision application was submitted by Seda Pahlavooni for six (6) residential lots on the West Side of Shenandoah Mountain Rd. The 39.73 acre property proposed to be subdivided into six lots is more specifically located in Lost River District on Parcel 1, Tax Map 464.
