The Board of Directors of Hardy Telecommunications, Inc., adopted by resolution on December 23, 2025, a tariff containing the following decreases to certain charges, to be effective February 16, 2026, unless otherwise ordered by the Public Service Commission. The charges are as follows:

The proposed decreased rates and charges will produce a reduction of approximately $285,780 annually in revenue in the Lost River area, and a reduction of approximately $204,192 annually in revenue in the Moorefield area. The tariff is expected to affect 2,832 customers at Lost River and 2,053 customers at Moorefield, but the charges will only be applied to those customers requiring the specific services listed above.
The decreases shown are based on averages of all customers in the indicated class. Individual customers may receive decreases that are greater or less than average. Furthermore, the requested rates and charges are only a proposal and are subject to change (increases or decreases) by the Public Service Commission in its review of this filing. The Commission shall review and approve or modify the decreased rates only upon the filing of a petition within thirty (30) days of the adoption of the cooperative board resolution changing said rates or charges, by any customer aggrieved by the changed rates or charges who presents to the Commission a petition signed by twenty-five percent of the membership of the telephone cooperative residing within the state.
