Pursuant to Section 24, Article 3, Chapter 11 of the Official Code of West Virginia, as amended, the Hardy County Commission will meet as a Board of Review and Equalization on January 30, 2026 beginning at 10:00 a.m., for the purpose of reviewing and equalizing the assessments of Hardy County as returned by the Assessor thereof, and said board will continue to meet in session at the following times and dates:
Tuesday, February 3, 2026 2:00 p.m.
Friday, February 6, 2025 10:00 a.m.
Wednesday, February 11, 2025 10:00 a.m.
Tuesday, February 17, 2025 10:00 a.m.
The land and personal property books of said county for the current year will then be open for inspection and any person or persons may examine the same and have any errors corrected that may appear in the assessment of their property and do such other things as may be necessary to protect his/her or their interest therein; if any person fails to apply for relief at such meeting he/she shall have waived their right to ask for corrections in their assessment list as fixed by the aforesaid Hardy County Commission acting in the capacity of said board, and they shall not hereafter be permitted to question the Hardy County Commission on the correction of his/her list.
