Potomac State Volleyball saw its strong 2025 campaign come to a close on Saturday evening, falling in a thrilling five-set match to Harford Community College in the NJCAA Region 20 Quarterfinals. The Catamounts rallied from an early two-set deficit to force a decisive fifth set before narrowly coming up short, 15-11.
After dropping the opening frames 25-23 and 25-16, Potomac State responded with renewed energy, taking the third set 25-13 and following with a gritty 25-22 win in the fourth to extend the match.
Elliana Mosby led the Catamounts with 15 kills and two blocks, while Sarah Iman matched her offensive presence with 15 kills of her own. Victoria Lester guided the attack with 45 assists and added two service aces, while Delaney Randolph anchored the defense with a team-high 28 digs.
Potomac State concludes the 2025 season with a 13-6 overall record, highlighting a year of progress, consistency, and resilience. The Catamounts’ ability to push deep into postseason play underscores the continued development and competitiveness of the program within NJCAA Region 20.
