The Town of Moorefield Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday,
November 12, 2025 at 6:00pm, at the Moorefield Town office to hear the following:
Lucas Gagnon – requests a conditional use to the Moorefield Zoning Ordinance 20-7.05-
Conditional Uses. Multi-family dwelling is not a permitted use by right in the C2 zone, it is
permitted as a conditional use, subject to approval by the Board of Zoning Appeals. The subject
property is located at 122 N. Main St., Moorefield, WV.
Anyone desiring to make comments pertaining to any of the above requests to the Zoning
Ordinance is invited to attend the hearing or may submit a written statement at or prior to the
hearing. All written comments should be delivered or mailed to 206 Winchester Avenue,
Moorefield, WV 26836, and addressed to the Town of Moorefield Board of Zoning Appeals.
