NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
THE HARDY COUNTY COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing on the 10th day of September, 2025 at 6:30 pm, at the Hardy County Health Department Conference Room located at 421 E Jackson Street, Moorefield WV 26836.
The purpose of the public hearing is to hear comments regarding the adoption of the proposed Comprehensive Plan, submitted to the County Commission on the 5th day of August, 2025 by the Hardy County Planning Commission. Those goals were formulated from information gathered from several rounds of public input, stakeholder feedback, and local data.
A copy of the Comprehensive Plan is available for review in the Hardy County Clerk’s Office, 204 Washington St, Room 111, Moorefield WV 26836; (304-530-0250); the Hardy County Planning Office (304-530-0257), located at 106 Washington Street; and also, on the Planning Commission’s web page at https//hardywvplanning.weebly.com.
Following the Public Hearing the Hardy County Commission MAY or May Not vote on the approval or denial of the adoption of the proposed Comprehensive Plan.
