Wardensville, WV – Dakota Glass Works, located on Main Street in the heart of Wardensville, invites the community and visitors to create handmade holiday ornaments during its popular Holiday Ornament Workshops, running every weekend from November 30 to December 22.

Known for its dedication to artistry and craftsmanship, Dakota Glass Works offers a unique opportunity for participants to craft a personal, memorable gift this season. In 30-minute sessions led by expert glassblowers, guests can shape and design their own glass ornament, making it a perfect gift or seasonal keepsake. “Our workshops bring the magic of glassblowing to everyone, whether you’re a local or visiting Wardensville for the holidays,” says MG Hall, Programs Manager at Dakota Glass Works. “Each ornament holds a bit of the artist’s creativity, and we’re thrilled to share this experience with new and returning participants.” Workshops are held Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and are open to ages 12 and up. Safety guidelines include wearing closed-toe shoes and long pants. Participants can pick up their completed ornaments the following Tuesday, or request shipping for a small fee. Reservations can be made at farmsworkwonders.org/glass. For group inquiries, please email info@dakotaglass.org with your group size and preferred date and time
