
The Coaches USA All-Star Series held on June 16 at JMU Veterans Memorial Park showcases baseball and softball seniors from the Shenandoah Valley and Mountain State including five East Hardy players.
East Hardy Softball pitcher Madison Strosnider (Richard Bland College) will compete for the Mountain Team and fellow Potomac Valley Conference representative Pendleton County’s Jaiden Mitts will play for the Valley Team in the Coaches USA All-Star Softball game in Harrisonburg.
The Cougars will have four seniors participating in the Coaches USA Baseball All-Star game as a trio will be on the Mountain Team: Evan and Mason Hamilton (Potomac State College) and Shayne Sisler, while teammate Patrick Mills will be on the Valley Team.
The Coaches USA All-Star Series has a simple and powerful mission to make Jesus famous through teamwork, leadership, and service on the campuses, in the community and beyond. This program invests in the future of student-athletes and empowers them and those who influence them to lead with purpose.
The Coaches USA All-Star Series softball game starts at 4:45 and baseball follows at 7:00 at JMU Veterans Memorial Park on June 16 in Harrisonburg and both events have free admission.
