The Town of Moorefield Historic Landmark Commission will hold a public hearing on
Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 6:00pm, at the Moorefield Town office to hear the following:
Main Street Gallery & Art Center – 231 S Main St. – Notice is hereby given that an application has been submitted for approval of awnings over side entrances.
Angela Bohn – 122 N. Main St. – Notice is hereby given that an application has been submitted for approval of wooden fence posts with rope to be used as a separation barrier. In addition, an application has been submitted for a sign proposal.
Linda Thomas – 131 Allegheny St. – Notice is hereby given that an application has been submitted for approval for installing new siding.
Candelario Sorto – 210 Washington St. – Notice is hereby given that an application has been submitted for approval to change of paint color for shudders and roof.
All requests will be reviewed in accordance with applicable ordinances and regulations.
Anyone desiring to make comments pertaining to any of the above requests is invited to attend the hearing or may submit a written statement at or prior to the hearing. All written comments should be delivered or mailed to 206 Winchester Avenue, Moorefield, WV 26836, and addressed to the Town of Moorefield Historic Landmark Commission.
