To the Creditors and Beneficiaries of the Estate of John David Cinelli, Deceased.
All persons having claims against the Estate of the said John David Cinelli, Deceased, whether due or not are notified that it is the recommendation of the undersigned Fiduciary Commissioner that such Estate be closed. Should any claims or objections be made to the Estate, or to the closing of that Estate, such objections or claims must be made within ten (10) days of the first publication of this notice. Such publication shall commence on May 20, 2026. Should no claims or objections be made by May 30, 2026, the Estate will closed without further notice to beneficiaries or creditors.
All beneficiaries of said estate are notified to be present on said day to protect their interest.
