Robert Francis Bobo, affectionately known as Bob, age 94 of Fisher, WV, passed away Sunday morning, May 3, 2026, at Cortland Acres in Thomas, WV. Born on July 9, 1931, in Moorefield, WV, Bob was a cherished son of the late Nelson Grady Bobo and Ollie Blanche Sherman Bobo. His wife, Anna Marie Chewning Bobo preceded him in death in June 2022. Brothers, Ralph and Keith and sisters, Jean Riggleman, Juanita Riggleman and Shirley France also preceded him in death.
Bob’s life was rich with experiences and love. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Korean War, and found camaraderie and joy in his involvement with the American Legion Post #64 and V.F.W. Post #9606. He made many friends over the years, often sharing a laugh or a poignant story during legion dinners and gatherings.
