Wayne F. Biller, 79, of Dagsboro, Delaware, formerly of Woodbridge, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Excelcare in Lewes, Delaware, surrounded by his loving family.
Born on August 2, 1946, in Petersburg, West Virginia, Wayne was the son of the late Harold Biller and Golda (Seldon) Biller. He dedicated over 40 years of hard work as a gutter mechanic with Bean & Mallow Roofing in Stafford, Virginia, where he took pride in providing for his family.
Wayne appreciated the simple things in life. He enjoyed tending to his beloved rose bushes, reading his gossip magazines, and listening to country music. He loved trips to the beach, especially for his favorite boardwalk fries. During the summer months, Wayne enjoyed washing and waxing his car and sitting outside in the sunshine, happily waving to the cars that drove by. He looked forward to attending the tractor pull at the county fair and cherished boating trips with his daughters and their families. Wayne also loved tending to his daughter’s vegetable garden and took pride in watching it grow. He never passed up his favorite cold beverage — a Pepsi.
A man of few words, Wayne found his greatest joy in visiting friends and family in West Virginia and spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Biller, and his siblings, Chrystal Fern Biller (infant), Norman Biller, Janet Riddle, Mervin Biller, and Kenneth Biller.
He is survived by his three daughters: Christy Drennan and her husband, Michael, of Australia; Cheryl Lytle and her husband, Bill, of Lake Anna, Virginia; and Carol Steele and her husband, Charles, of Dagsboro, Delaware. He is also survived by seven grandchildren—Amanda, Jacob, Lexie, Camden, Bailey, Justin, and Sydney—and five great grandchildren—Landon, Jaxson, Lucas, Colton and Isla. Additionally, he is survived by two sisters, Donna Dove of Broadway, Virginia, and Doris Fadely of Bridgewater, Virginia.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, April 24, 2026, at Mariner’s Bethel Cemetery, 81 Central Avenue, Ocean View, Delaware 19970.
