NOTICE OF BID OPENING

The Hardy County Commission is accepting bids for Network Support, Administration, and Consulting Services.
Scope of work includes implementation, maintenance, and support of the County’s network infrastructure, including anti-virus management; network configuration and security; installation and maintenance of equipment; assistance with technology and specialized vendor purchases; and technical support for County offices.
Maintenance and administrative services include troubleshooting and corrective actions related to network electronics and cabling, workstation and server software, network planning, anti-virus protection, and cyber vulnerability scanning and reporting.
Services will include both remote and on-site support.
Bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m., May 27, 2026, and must be clearly marked “Courthouse Network Support.”
Bids may be mailed or delivered to: Hardy County Clerk, 204 Washington Street, Room 111, Moorefield, WV 26836, or submitted electronically to hdyclerk@court.state.wv.us.
The Hardy County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
