The WV Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) and American Woodmark Corp. South Branch Plant have proposed a settlement of Administrative Consent Order No. MM-26-10 which resolves violation(s) of the WV Hazardous Waste Management Act which occurred in Hardy County, WV. In accordance with the proposed Consent Order, American Woodmark Corp. South Branch Plant has agreed to pay administrative penalties and to comply with the Act. Final settlement is subject to comments received during the thirty (30) day period following this publication.
