NOTICE OF BID OPENING
The Hardy County Commission, on behalf of the Hardy County Sheriff and the Hardy County Assessor, is accepting bids for Tax Office Software/Hardware, including systems for tax collections, online payments, Assessor Supplemental reporting, and related supporting software programs.
Bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on April 15, 2026, and must be clearly marked “Tax and Assessment Software.”
Bids may be submitted to the Hardy County Clerk, 204 Washington Street, Room 111, Moorefield, WV 26836, or electronically at hdyclerk@court.state.wv.us.
The Hardy County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
