Moorefield High School – Modification of Gym Bleachers
Hardy County Schools will receive sealed bids for modifications of gymnasium bleachers at Moorefield High School, 401 N. Main St., Moorefield, WV, 26836, in accordance with WV Board of Risk Management (BRIM) requirements for installation of flat bar beneath seating.
Sealed Bids will be received until 4:00 pm on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, and they will be publicly opened and read aloud on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 9:00 am at Hardy County Board of Education, 510 Ashby St., Moorefield, WV 26836.
Faxed Bids are unacceptable. Please send Bids in a Sealed Envelope marked “MHS Bleachers”: Hardy County Schools, Attn: Josh See, 510 Ashby St., Moorefield, WV 26836.
The project includes, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the required flat bar installation beneath bleacher seating in accordance with applicable codes, specifications, and contract documents.
Bidders must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including West Virginia public contracting requirements.
Hardy County Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the school system.
