Pool House Upgrade
The Town of Wardensville requests proposals for the upgrade of its pool house. Project work will include the removal of the sand filter, pump and piping from the pool filter room. Contractor will remove copper pipes from two bathrooms and replace with 1” PEX pipe; modify showers in each restroom to have one ADA-accessible shower in each area; and service existing bathroom fixtures to ensure functionality. Contractor will appropriately dispose of debris from the project demolition. Work must be completed by a licensed WV contractor.
The work must be completed within 120 days after the contract is awarded.
Deadline to submit questions is 4 p.m. January 27, 2026, Prebid meeting (optional) 11 a.m. January 28, 2026. Proposals due by 1 p.m. February 5, 2026. Proposal documents should be plainly marked as “Bid for Pool Demolition.” Proposals may be sent by email (info@wardensville.com), US mail (PO Box 7, Wardensville WV 26851), in-person or via Fedex (Wardensville Town Hall, 27 Warrior Way, Wardensville WV 26851).
Proposals will be accepted until February 5, 2026 at 1 p.m. Late bids will not be accepted. The Town of Wardensville is an equal opportunity employer.
