Born on March 29, 2001, in Petersburg, WV, she was the daughter of Melanie Ann Schetrom Ramirez of Moorefield, WV, and Carl Michael Douglass Thorn of Beckley, WV.
Destiny was a dedicated mother, pouring love and creativity into her children – Azriel, Azalia, and Ayla. There was never a doubt that her family was her top priority. Her talents for creating were nothing short of magical; she could bring any idea to life through her crafting projects. Destiny approached every detail with warmth and thoughtfulness, ensuring that every occasion was special for her loved ones.
