Hardy County Board of Education will receive Bids at its office at 510 Ashby Street, Moorefield, WV 26836, until 9:00 a.m. EST, Thursday, January 22, 2025 on the following surplus vehicle:

The listed item may be seen at the Hardy County Schools Bus Lot located at 510 Ashby Street, Moorefield, WV, 26836, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Sealed bids will be opened publicly at 9:00 a.m., Thursday, January 22, 2025, at the Hardy County Board of Education office, located at 510 Ashby Street, Moorefield, WV, 26836.

Fax Bids are unacceptable. All equipment is sold as is with no implied or expressed warranties. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Board reserves the right to make additions or deletions to the list of items offered for sale prior to the date of the sale. Award will be made in writing within fourteen (14) days from the date of the sale. Cash, Cashier’s Check or Money Order is required prior to removal. Removal must be completed within ten (10) days of the award.
