NOTICE OF INTENT TO DESIGNATE ADDITIONAL COMMUNITY EARLY VOTING LOCATION
Notice is hereby given that the County Commission of Hardy County, West Virginia, in accordance with the provisions of W. Va. Code §3-3-2a and §59-3-1 et seq., will consider the designation of an additional community early voting location for in-person early voting for the 2026 Primary Election, to be held on May 12, 2026. The proposed additional community early voting location is: HCEAA Building 17940 State Road 55 Baker, West Virginia 26801 The County Commission will take up and consider this matter during a regularly scheduled meeting for the month of February 2026; open to the public, and held in the County Commission Room, Hardy County Courthouse, 204 Washington Street, Moorefield, WV.
