Evelyn Louise (Williams) Davis, age 84 of Fisher, WV passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at her home.
Louise was born on February 10, 1941 in Petersburg, WV and was a daughter of the late Howard William Williams, Sr. and Evelyn Merle (Vetter) Williams. In addition to her parents, Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Elwood Riley Davis in 2015; two brothers, Howard “Bill” Williams, Jr. and Harry T. “Sonny” Williams; one sister, Polly K.
