Clara Ann Perdue, age 41, of Winchester Virginia and formerly of Baker West Virginia, passed away on February 5, 2025 at the Winchester Medical Center after a long battle with cancer.
Clara is Survived by her two children Jasmine and Jacob Welin; her caring parents Luther and Sue Whetzel and many brothers and sisters that she loved very much.
In loving memory, Clara’s family would like to invite you to a memorial at 3:00 pm Sunday July 27th at the Arkansaw Community Center, 262 Arkansaw Road, Baker West Virginia 26801. There will be a small meal after the memorial at the Community Center.
