Revised Zoning Ordinance and Map
A public hearing at which you may be present and speak will be conducted before the Wardensville Planning Commission at which time the following will be considered:
A comprehensive revision and update of Title Five
of the Wardensville Town Code, otherwise known as
the Zoning Ordinance and Map.
The zoning amendment and map are available for public inspection at Wardensville Town Hall, 25 Warrior Way in Wardensville 1–4 p.m. Monday through Friday; and the Wardensville Community Library, 345 East Main Street, 11–4 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 11–5 p.m. Friday.
All persons interested are invited to attend the Planning Commission advisory hearing and be heard on the matter. The hearing will be held beginning at 6 p.m. on Monday, July 28, 2025, in the Conference Room of the Wardensville Visitor and Conference Center, 301 East Main Street, Wardensville, W.Va.
