Warner Robins, Ga.
I had a great time in Warner Robins, Georgia. I enjoyed meeting new teams. The complex was really nice. We got to see the Aviation Museum. Warner Robins was a great experience. Going to Warner Robins, Georgia to play for the 201411- 12 Southeastern Regional Tournament is a once in a life time chance. Not many girls get the chance to do this. I had a great time in Georgia even though it was very hot and humid outside compared to Moorefield. On the way to Georgia I was very excited.
During the opening ceremony, I met a lot of new people and made a lot of new friends. Some of the girls I met, I still talk to through Facebook and Instagram. The fields there were amazing; for example, when you see grass on an infield, you normally think of all of the bad hops the ball is going to take, but on this field, the grass was literally perfect. I also think it is neat how they have special people that take care of the fields between innings and games, because how often do you see that?
They also provided the team with a lunch everyday while we were there. One thing I remember most of all and still joke around about was a woman named Cathy who served us lunch. She would call banana pudding “nanner puddin.” I had a great time in Georgia and I am very thankful to be a member of the Moorefield Little League, as well as a great team. I would also like to thank all of my teammates, coaches and all of you that were here cheering us on. It was truly an honor to be able to represent Moorefield and the great state of West Virginia.

Whenever we went to Georgia it was one of the best times of my life. My team and I met a lot of other girls from different teams that were there. The fields were outstanding, one of the best fields I have ever played on. The best part about going to Georgia, is that I was playing the game I love with my “other family.”

My trip down to Georgia was great. I was very proud to be a part of the Moorefield All Star Team. Even though we were there for a short period of time, I still had a good time. I would like to thank everyone for their donations and support.

My experience in Georgia was great! Everything was nice. The field was awesome! It looked like a Major League Baseball Stadium. I made lots of new friends that were from different states. It was pretty awesome to travel to Georgia with my team to play the sport we all love, softball. It was an honor to represent West Virginia in the Southeastern Region tournament for the second time in a row. It was an honor to get picked for all-stars! I couldn’t have chosen another team to take on this journey with. 🙂
[private] Going to Georgia was an amazing experience. It was an opportunity almost all girls wish they could do. In Georgia all I could think about was playing softball and maybe making it to the World Series. Even though we didn’t achieve our goal I’m very proud that we can say we made it to the SouthEast Region. In my opinion I would’ve not wanted this summer any different.
I feel fortunate to have been on the 11-12 all-star softball team that went to Warner Robins, Georgia. While in Georgia, I made new friends, experienced some good softball and played in an awe- some stadium. The heat and humidity were a new experience as well as seeing my first armadillo. I would like to thank everyone who contributed and supported us throughout this journey. Although we didn’t bring home the victory we sure did enjoy the peaches.

It all began when I was five years old. My parents let me play sports. First I started out in Tee-Ball, and then I moved to Coach
Pitch. After that I was finally in softball. The first minor league team I was on was ER Excavating and Utilities. Over the last 6 seasons of ball I have learn a lot about how to play softball and how to be a good team player. Many people have helped me along the way.
Recently, my All Star teammates and I had the privilege to represent the state of West Virginia in the Southeastern Regional Tournament in Warner Robins, Georgia. This was an experience that I will never forget. Although we didn’t continue onto the next level, the Little League World Series, I truly enjoyed my time in Georgia playing the game I love and making lifelong memories and new friends.
Thank you to my parents, my coaches and many others who have helped me achieve so much.
My experience in Georgia was an awesome journey. Although our plans didn’t work how we wanted I had a blast. When we first got there the field was just “wow”. I mean coach Kevin told us before we went that we were going to be surprised, but still it was shocking. They took care of the field very well. Well I wanted to take the time to thank the town and the state for all your support.
We couldn’t done it without you.
While we were there the teams and families were very nice to us. At first I was so nervous, but then they calmed down. I guess I am trying to say I had a great and fun time in Georgia, and I wouldn’t want to spend it with anybody else but with my softball family.

I had an amazing experience in Warner Robins, Ga. My favorite part was meeting all the girls from around the region. I also enjoyed playing the game I love on a beautiful field, which is every kids dream. I am so glad I was one of the eleven girls that represented West Virginia. Thanks to all who supported us.

I enjoyed my trip to Georgia very much. It was a great experience to go there and learn modern things from new people and other teams. Most of all, I loved meeting interesting people. Meeting new people is always a blast. Even though we lost, it was an honor to play in that level of competition.
